New 2020 Colorado marijuana laws taking effect in January will see marijuana hospitality establishments and medical marijuana delivery becoming a reality for the Centennial State. Governor Jared Polis signed House Bill 1230 to regulate the social consumption of marijuana stating, “Up until this bill, there’s been no way to have safe public consumption”. Out of State Investors Now Able to Join Colorado Cannabis Industry

People and companies interested in Colorado marijuana investing can now join the Colorado cannabis industry, whether they are located in the state or not. Former Governor John Hickenlooper vetoed similar legislation in 2018, but a bill was signed in May 2019 that will allow outside investors to infuse cash into the Colorado marijuana market as of November 1st.
